Christine has been teaching Pilates since 2008 and is comprehensively certified through Balanced Body. With a foundation in classical Pilates and a love of athletic movement, she creates classes that blend precision, strength, and flow—always with plenty of options to meet clients where they are.
Over the years, Christine has taught thousands of classes, helped develop and lead Pilates teacher training, and co-owned multiple studios before opening Pivot. She’s known for thoughtful sequencing, clear cueing, and challenging classes that encourage clients to understand their bodies and get a little stronger every time they walk through the door.
A lifelong athlete with a background in nutrition, Christine originally discovered Pilates while recovering from a running injury and quickly fell in love with how it complemented everything else she loved to do. She believes Pilates should help you feel strong and capable both in the studio and in everyday life.
When she’s not at Pivot, you’ll likely find Christine running the trails around Lamorinda, cheering on her two girls in whatever activity they are doing, or planning her next adventure with her family.
Savannah H

Savannah is a BASI certified instructor who brings 14 years of teaching experience to every class. With a background in health promotion, biomechanics, Pilates teacher training, and strength training, she loves helping clients learn to understand the why behind proper alignment and form. Savannah wants you to get the absolute most out of your time in her classes, and her intentional cueing, hands on adjustments, and pacing, will help you do just that!
Expect their classes to be challenging, fun, and informative, with plenty of tough sequences that will help you build strength, endurance, and confidence within your movement practice! Leave feeling strong, with a new agency and confidence in your body awareness.
Dina R

Dina brings more than 20 years of Pilates teaching experience and an even longer history as a student of the practice. A lifelong athlete and fitness enthusiast, she first discovered Pilates in high school as a complement to sports and quickly fell in love with the strength, control, and mind-body connection it brought to her movement.
After studying education at UC Berkeley and spending a few years in the corporate world, Dina followed her heart back to Pilates and became certified through Body Arts and Science International (BASI).
Expect Dina’s classes to be thoughtful, challenging, and encouraging, with an emphasis on moving with intention and building strength from the inside out. A mom of two, soccer coach, and lifelong lover of movement, Dina brings warmth, experience, and a genuine love of Pilates to every class.
Lisa A

Comprehensively trained and certified in Pilates, Lisa brings a deep love of the practice to every class she teaches. With experience teaching both group classes and private clients, she focuses on thoughtful movement, strong technique, and helping clients build strength and confidence in their bodies.
Lisa believes in the power of Pilates to challenge you while also helping you move and feel better in everyday life. Her classes are intentional, engaging, and designed to help clients deepen their practice—whether they’re newer to Pilates or have been practicing for years.
Outside the studio, Lisa loves good food, time with her family and pets, and—true to form—probably a little more Pilates.

A Bay Area native and Mighty Pilates certified instructor, Kristi brings a welcoming, fundamentals-first approach to every class. After becoming a mom, she discovered Pilates and fell in love with the strength, precision, and connection it brought to both her body and mind.
Kristi believes Pilates is for every body and loves creating classes where beginners feel supported and experienced clients continue to be challenged. Expect precise cueing, thoughtful progressions, and plenty of encouragement—leaving you feeling stronger, longer, and more connected to your body.
When she’s not teaching, Kristi can usually be found around Lamorinda with her husband, two kids, and pup, playing tennis, traveling, or enjoying a great meal and a good book.

A lifelong mover, Alli spent years performing professionally, traveling the country with the Broadway National Tour of WICKED before becoming a mom of three.
Classically trained in Pilates in 2013, Alli brings a performer’s understanding of movement, precision, and body awareness to her teaching. She is also completing her Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist certification and is passionate about helping moms feel strong, capable, and empowered in their bodies.
Alli also loves teaching gentle Pilates, supporting clients returning from injury or those who simply prefer a slower, more intentional pace. Whether she’s teaching a challenging flow or a gentler class, Alli brings warmth, encouragement, and a genuine love of movement.

Allie brings an upbeat, high-energy approach to movement and a genuine love of fitness and wellness. A Bay Area fitness and lifestyle creator and instructor, she’s passionate about making movement feel fun, approachable, and something you actually look forward to.
At Pivot, you’ll find Allie exclusively teaching SCULPT, where she brings together strength, movement, great music, and plenty of energy for a challenging, feel-good workout. Expect lots of encouragement and a welcoming environment that leaves you feeling strong and accomplished.
Outside the studio, Allie shares her love of fitness, food, wellness, and everyday life with her online community—and is always up for trying a new workout or finding her next favorite snack.

Britt brings a thoughtful, holistic approach to movement, drawing from her extensive background in Pilates, yoga, acupuncture, and Chinese Medicine. A Licensed Acupuncturist, Herbalist, and Doctor of Acupuncture & Integrative Medicine, she has a deep understanding of the body and how intentional movement can support strength, mobility, and overall well-being.
In her Pilates classes, Britt blends mindful movement with a strong understanding of body mechanics, encouraging clients to move with greater awareness and connection. Her warm, grounded teaching style creates a welcoming space to build strength, explore movement, and feel good in your body.

A lifelong athlete and long-distance runner, Gina discovered Pilates after years of dealing with injuries and searching for a way to keep doing the activities she loved. She quickly saw how Pilates could rebalance and strengthen her body—and ultimately spent less time in physical therapy and more time moving.
Inspired by her own experience, Gina returned to teaching and completed the Mighty Pilates Teaching Program in 2025. With a Master’s in Education, she brings a natural teacher’s approach to the studio, focusing on helping clients understand their bodies while building strength, confidence, and resilience.
Gina’s classes are energetic and encouraging, with a goal of helping clients stay strong for all the things they love to do outside the studio.
